For a brief period, I could write the copies to the posts of one of the most famous brazilian car rental companies, Movida. In that time, their Facebook page became the second-most used channel for purchases and FAQ. Whilst there wasn’t an effective IA to respond the chat influx, I also helped the attendents, uniforming the tone and speech.
